The Swapkiddies gift cards are redeemable only at our online store.

1. Gift cards are available in values of £20, £30, £40 and £50 (maximum ). All gift cards are delivered by email and include instructions for redemption at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

2. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be used to pay off credit accounts or credit cards. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold. Change or refunds will not be issued on gift cards. A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are single use only and cannot be reloaded.

3. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after this date will expire, and the card will no longer be valid. We are unable to refund expired cards.

4. If you place an order using a gift card and later cancel the order before delivery, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Swapkiddies account balance to use against a future purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Please treat gift cards like cash. We cannot replace or refund gift cards that are used without your permission.

6. Swapkiddies reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review any gift card or purchase if we suspect fraud, error ( such as an incorrect amount issued ) or a breach of these terms.

7. Swapkiddies may update these terms from time to time where necessary. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
