Once your items have been checked and processed, SwapCoins are added to your account, which you can then use to choose your next wardrobe from our collection.It's an affordable, sustainable way to keep up with your child's growing wardrobe while giving clothes a second life.

We currently deliver within England only.We're always looking for opportunities to expand our delivery area and hope to offer delivery to more locations in the future.

Once you've requested a swap through your Swapkiddies account, we'll provide you with the address and simple instructions for sending your parcel.Please make sure your clothing is clean, freshly washed and neatly folded before posting it to us.

You'll earn SwapCoins when you send us children's clothing that meets our quality standards.Each accepted item is individually assessed, and the number of SwapCoins awarded depends on each accepted item.

You can view your current SwapCoin balance by logging into your Swapkiddies account.Your balance updates automatically once your clothing has been processed or when you spend SwapCoins on new items.

No. Swapkiddies isn't a direct clothing exchange between members.Instead, you receive SwapCoins for accepted items, which you can use to choose any available clothing from our online collection. This gives you much more flexibility to find the sizes and styles your child needs.

We do not label clothes with their brand names. While they might be visible in the photos, we never include the brand name in the description. Why? Because babies and kids don't care about brands. All they care about is being fed, loved, dressed, and enjoying their childhood without being judged based on the clothes or brands they wear.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be taken unless you choose to renew.

No. SwapCoins have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred for money.They can only be used to purchase eligible items available on the Swapkiddies website.
