Bear in mind, you can send us any baby/kids clothes, but we do appreciate it when they are washed and nicely folded. Please avoid send us clothes with : - holes - large stains - we accept minor stains; if the items are otherwise of excellent quality, we aim to give it a second home. - no missing buttons or press studs - broken zips - items worn excessively or bobbling Once your parcel is checked, we will contact you via email with the number of points earned. No. Please consider this before sending the items to us. Items that are damaged or have stains beyond swap, will be passed on to the appropriate charities that can make good use of them, ensuring minimal waste.

We do not label clothes with their brand names. While they might be visible in the photos, we never include the brand name in the description. Why? Because babies and kids don't care about brands. All they care about is being fed, loved, dressed, and enjoying their childhood without being judged based on the clothes or brands they wear. We offer a variety of items, including vests, onesies, leggings/pants, dresses, overalls, jumpers, t-shirts, seasonal outfits ( inc jackets or swimwear ), hats, bibs and more. Items are uploaded on our website daily, depending on the stock we have available.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation under this clause does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the membership fee.
